Hosting is where a lot of agencies quietly fail their clients. They resell a faceless platform, mark it up, and disappear when something breaks at 2am. We took the opposite bet: run our own managed stack, keep real off-site backups, and answer the phone.
It is more work. It is also why clients who signed up in 2011 are still with us. Reliability is not a feature you can bolt on later.
